On November 5th, 2016 a dream became a reality when Women In The Making met for the group’s inaugural session. Potential mentees were greeted by enthusiastic mentors yearning to impart their knowledge upon the young women. Valerie Lee lead the morning with the assistant of Dr. Sherrisse Bryant and several other distinguished mentors all dressed in the group’s signature pink and black. The day began with the young women signing in and going over the Women In The Making creed.
